1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process
- Visiting this site: technical data such as IP address, date and time, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. stores this in server logs to deliver and secure the site.
- Buying a product: your name, email address, billing country and payment details are collected by our payment provider Stripe (acting as merchant of record under Stripe Managed Payments), which processes the payment and, where applicable, handles sales tax. We receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver the download and provide support. We do not see your full card number.
- Contacting us: the content of your message and your email address.
3. Why and on what basis
To deliver the product and handle payment (contract), to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest), to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation), and to answer your requests (contract or legitimate interest).
4. Cookies and tracking
This site currently uses no cookies and no analytics. The checkout of our payment provider may set its own cookies; see their policy.
5. Who receives your data
Hosting provider, payment provider and, if needed, our tax advisor and email service. We do not sell your data.
6. International transfers
Providers may process data outside your country, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
Order and invoice data for as long as tax and accounting law requires (often 6 to 10 years). Support messages until your request is resolved, then for up to 12 months.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law) you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing, and you may complain to your data protection authority. Write to us at patrick@o1be.com.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16.
