Products are offered by H&H FilmInternational GmbH, Emsstraße 57, 48145 Münster, Germany (see Imprint). Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction.

We sell digital products (PDF guides and sample letters), delivered electronically after payment. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase at patrick@o1be.com and we will refund your payment. Statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer remain unaffected.
